General and ordering conditions



1. Scope and validity of the terms

1.1. The terms and conditions apply to legal relationships arising from the purchase of products through the shopping environment www.ehosushi.ee (hereinafter ehosushi.ee e-shop/seller) and all shoppers (hereinafter client/buyer).

1.2. In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of products through the e-shop are governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

1.3. The e-shop is entitled to change and supplement these terms and price list due to the development of the e-shop and in the interests of better and safer use of the e-shop. Changes and additions to the conditions and the price list will be announced via the website www.ehosushi.ee. Changes and additions to the terms and price list take effect from the publication of the corresponding change or addition on the website www. sushiking.ee. If you submitted your order before the changes to the terms and conditions came into effect, the legal relationship between the customer and the e-shop shall be governed by the terms and conditions in force at the time the customer submitted the order, unless otherwise provided by law or these terms and conditions.

2. Prices

2.1. The prices of the e-shop apply to the timely payment of the invoice in accordance with the provisions of clause 4.

2.2. All prices in the e-shop are in euros (EUR) and include VAT 22%.

3. Making a purchase

3.1. The customer selects the desired Product in the E-shop and adds it to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button.

3.2. To complete the order, the Customer must go to the Shopping Cart page: click on the "Continue to pay" button in the cart selection on the menu bar, after which the Customer will be redirected to the order completion page.

3.3. After entering the required data and checking the correctness of the data, the Customer confirms the order by clicking "Confirm & pay". After this action, the order is confirmed and forwarded to the seller.

3.4. The Customer pays for the Product immediately via the bank link of the online bank and confirms the payment to the Seller by clicking on the "Back to merchant" button.

3.5. When completing the order, the customer undertakes to provide the necessary, true data to fulfill the order.

3.6. The Seller is not responsible for the impossibility of fulfillment due to incorrect data provided by the Customer or any consequences resulting from this.

3.7. The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfill the order if there is any doubt about the correctness of the data provided to the Seller and in the case of behavior that does not comply with good practices.

4. Payment methods

4.1. Orders can be paid securely using Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Danske, LHV, Krediidipank, Coop and others) and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro).

4.2. Payment is made outside the E-shop environment by the service provider

4.3. The seller does not have access to the Customer's bank details and credit card details.

5. Order delivery and transfer

5.1 We offer delivery in Narva, Tallinn and Tartu through a courier partner

5.2. Orders are delivered by the courier partner according to the submitted order

5.2.1 The goods are delivered based on the delivery price list:


– The courier delivers the products to the address specified by the Customer when placing the order. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the destination!

5.3. Please ensure the correctness of the contact information provided when placing the order to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the order. Ehosushi.ee and the courier are not responsible for the delay in the delivery of the products and misunderstandings if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracy or incorrectness of the data provided by the Customer when placing the order.

5.4. Orders will be handed over to you by the courier with an interim invoice. We ask you to immediately inform the Seller of any problems. The right to submit claims does not extend to damages that have occurred after the product has been handed over to the buyer.

5.5. In the event that the order does not reach the Customer in good condition and in a closed package, the Customer is obliged to inform the restaurant about this by sending a corresponding letter with pictures to the e-mail.

6. Order cancellation and product return

6.1. The purchased order cannot be returned if the ordered food is prepared taking into account the Customer's personal needs or according to the conditions provided by the Customer.

6.2. If the order to be returned (and the package or bag of the order) has deteriorated and the deterioration is caused by circumstances that are not due to the Seller and the result of non-intended use of the product, the Seller has the right to offset the decrease in the value of the order with the amount paid by the Customer for the product and due to be returned to the Customer. For settlement, ehosushi.ee sends the Client a settlement invoice to the e-mail address provided by the Client when placing the order.

6.3. Confirmation of the order and specifying the time of completion of the order will be sent to the data provided by the Customer

6.4. If the order is canceled due to an inconvenient time, the seller will contact the customer to find a compromise. If, however, the time does not suit the customer, the amount of the order will be returned to the customer's current account (the same account from which the payment was received) within 3 working days.

6.5. It is possible to cancel the order without giving a reason 24 hours before the time of completion of the order.

7. Liability and force majeure

7.1. The Seller is responsible to the Customer and the Customer is responsible to the Seller for the damage caused to the other party by violation of these terms and conditions in the cases and to the extent provided for in the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

7.2. The Seller is not responsible for damages caused to the Customer or for the delay in the delivery of the order if the damage or the delay in the delivery of the product is due to a circumstance that the Seller could not influence and the arrival of which the Seller did not and could not foresee (force majeure).

8. Principles of data protection and processing

8.1. All personal data of the customer that becomes known in the course of visiting the e-store and making purchases is treated as confidential information. An encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the security of personal data and bank details of the purchaser. The Seller also has no access to them.

8.1.1 The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, e-mail address) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer.

8.2. The seller guarantees the buyer's data incl. in accordance with the terms of the privacy policy for the protection and use of personal data. The buyer confirms that he has read and agrees with the terms of the privacy policy. Based on the applicable legislation and the provisions of the privacy policy, the Seller, without the consent of the Buyer, has the right to process data (including personal data) to the extent necessary for use in the e-shop. Among other things, as a result of the above, the Seller has the right, without separate consent: to send the buyer notifications related to the use of e-shop services, incl. messages, the sending of which is in the interest of the security of e-store users; to store the order data of the Buyer who has logged into the e-store in order to better serve the Buyers and to verify the transactions, including within a reasonable period of time the orders that the Buyer did not complete during the session.

8.3. If the Buyer has consented to the marketing use of the data when concluding the Customer Agreement or in some other way by making a statement of intent confirming the Buyer's consent (e.g. in self-service), the Seller will use this data under the conditions and for the purpose set in the privacy policy, incl. also for the transmission of personal direct marketing, campaign and discount offers of services and goods to the Buyer electronically (e.g. by e-mail or SMS). 8.4. The buyer has the right to withdraw the consent given for the marketing use of the data at any time by sending the Seller an e-mail with the relevant content or to refuse to receive further direct marketing offers by following the instructions in the direct marketing offer sent to his e-mail address.

8.5. Issues not resolved separately in these conditions are based on the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

8.6. Disputes arising between the customer and the seller in connection with the ordering and purchase of products are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the Customer has the right to appeal to the Consumer Protection Board or the court for the protection of his rights. Disputes are resolved based on the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

9.2. The seller reserves the right to make changes to both the price and availability of food and to refuse the sale of food in exceptional circumstances.
